A real room, not a drawing.
This is the Auberge du Lac, a made-up restaurant drawn in RESTO ONE: a rounded corner on the lake side, a fireplace, a bar with its high tables, banquettes, a big table for ten and a terrace. Everything is to scale, and every table knows how many chairs it has.
- Round, square, rectangular and oval tables, straight, corner or half-moon banquettes, high tables
- Straight or curved walls, doors, windows, counter, fireplace, plants: over 70 elements
- Several rooms and the terrace, each with its own plan

Service mode
8 pm, full house: everything reads at a glance.
In service, the plan becomes your dashboard. The colours show which tables are free, booked or occupied, and a bar shows how far along each meal is. On the right, "Tonight" counts the covers and lists the arrivals. Hover over a table: who is there, and who comes next.
- Walk-ins and phone bookings in one gesture
- Allergies, VIP guests and notes flagged on the table
- A table blocked for a service, with the reason

Terrace fallback
Rain? Your terrace moves inside in one gesture.
A full terrace and a storm on the way: the evening every restaurateur dreads. RESTO ONE reads the MET Norway forecast for your address, up to seven days ahead, and gets the fallback ready before the first drop.
Between risk and comfort, you choose
A slider, from "Risk" to "Comfort", sets how many seats stay free indoors for your terrace guests if it rains. Keep more and the rainy evening stays calm; keep fewer and you sell more tables inside. RESTO ONE shows the result, room by room.
- On rainy days, online booking respects this reserve, as long as terrace guests are expected at the same time; on the phone, you decide
- In the morning, a banner announces the rain, the covers on the terrace and the seats held: "Activate the fallback" or "Ignore for this day"
- Your decision is never overwritten by a newer forecast
"Evacuate terrace": everyone under cover
Pick the room: RESTO ONE seats each of the day's bookings inside, the largest party first, at the smallest free table that fits it. Meanwhile, the logo's die breathes in the middle of the window. Then the list shows who goes where and who still needs a place; the service sheet prints, one page per room, with no phone numbers.
And in winter, the terrace rests
Out of season, the terrace closes on its own: no online bookings outside, no needless forecast, and your website and booking form say "The terrace reopens on 1 May". The occupancy in the statistics leaves its seats out.

Services and seasons
Set up the year once. RESTO ONE switches hours on the right day.
Summer hours, a closing day in winter, the terrace from 1 May: you prepare it ahead, and on the day everything switches on its own. Online booking, your website and the booking form follow without you thinking about it.
Up to four seasons
Summer, winter, the shoulder seasons: each season has its own week and starts on the same day every year. A bar shows the year at a glance, and RESTO ONE moves from one season to the next overnight.
"From …": the change prepared ahead
A new closing day in November? Prepare the week that will start on that date; until then, nothing changes. Before saving, RESTO ONE lists the bookings already taken that would no longer fit, without sending them anything, and offers to apply the change from the first free day.
- Exceptional closures: keep the bookings, or cancel them and tell each guest with your own message
- Online bookings from two weeks up to twelve months ahead, your choice; the team can always book further out
- A room by season: the terrace open from May to September, and "The terrace reopens on 1 May" on your website
