Bookings

All your bookings in one place. No commission.

Online, by phone, a guest walking in: everything lands on the same plan. RESTO ONE only offers times when a table is really free, and places each booking for you.

No credit card. When the trial ends, nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.

The online booking form: party size, day, indoors or outdoors, time and contact details

Online, day and night

The booking form goes onto your website with one line of code: floating button, bar, guided form or full page, eight colour themes, four languages. Guests choose the party size, the day, indoors or terrace, then the time.

  • Only times that are really free are offered
  • Out of season, the terrace disappears on its own
  • A confirmation e-mail, with a link to change or cancel

On the phone, the right time in one click

Type in the number of covers: RESTO ONE shows the times still free, service by service, every quarter of an hour. It picks the table, the room and the duration; you have the final say.

A phone booking: Resto One shows the times still free for four people, lunch and dinner

Walk-in: seated in two seconds

A guest without a booking? Tap "Walk-in" on the plan, or a free table: RESTO ONE knows how long it stays free.

Set up the year once. RESTO ONE switches hours on the right day.

Summer hours, a closing day in winter, the terrace from 1 May: you prepare it ahead, and on the day everything switches on its own. Online booking, your website and the booking form follow without you thinking about it.

Up to four seasons

Summer, winter, the shoulder seasons: each season has its own week and starts on the same day every year. A bar shows the year at a glance, and RESTO ONE moves from one season to the next overnight.

The Services window: the Summer and Winter seasons, the year bar, and the summer week with opening hours, services, kitchen and last booking time

Every service, to the minute

For each day, the opening hours, the services with their last booking time, and the kitchen hours separately. A table's duration is set for two people, with a few more minutes per extra guest: a party of eight stays longer than a couple, and the placement knows it.

"From …": the change prepared ahead

A new closing day in November? Prepare the week that will start on that date; until then, nothing changes. Before saving, RESTO ONE lists the bookings already taken that would no longer fit, without sending them anything, and offers to apply the change from the first free day.

  • Exceptional closures: keep the bookings, or cancel them and tell each guest with your own message
  • Online bookings from two weeks up to twelve months ahead, your choice; the team can always book further out
  • A room by season: the terrace open from May to September, and "The terrace reopens on 1 May" on your website
  • Services, seasons and planned changes: every plan.
A change prepared "From" a winter date: closing on Mondays affects two bookings, listed before saving, with "Move to" the first free day

Between risk and comfort, you choose

A slider, from "Risk" to "Comfort", sets how many seats stay free indoors for your terrace guests if it rains. Keep more and the rainy evening stays calm; keep fewer and you sell more tables inside. RESTO ONE shows the result, room by room.

  • On rainy days, online booking respects this reserve, as long as terrace guests are expected at the same time; on the phone, you decide
  • Terrace fallback: Resto and Gastro plans.
The "Wet-weather terrace fallback" gauge: 35 terrace seats, 14 kept indoors (40 %), between Risk and Comfort; the dining room goes from 63 to 49 bookable seats

Fewer empty tables

The day before, guests confirm or cancel in one click. Those who fail to show up twice are spotted. And when you are full, the waiting list keeps the requests instead of losing them.

  • Confirmation the day before, no-show spotting, on-site waiting list: Resto and Gastro plans
  • Online waiting list: Gastro plan
  • Morning summary and guests changing their own bookings: every plan
